The Israeli military said in a statement it had attacked Hezbollah vehicles that were transporting weapons on the edge of Nabatieh. Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati strongly condemned the two strikes on Nabatieh and described them as a violation of the ceasefire arrangement with Israel.

At least one person was killed and seven others were injured on Monday, when Israeli forces opened fire on Lebanese villagers, attempting to return to their homes as part of a ceasefire agreement, according to Lebanese security sources.
