Ipswich Town continue to show their momentum despite the results not coming their way as they welcome Manchester City to Portman Road in the Premier League

Manchester City have been handed a significant concern ahead of Sunday’s Premier League trip to Ipswich. Pep Guardiola’s side had got back to winning ways up until Tuesday night, when the champions threw away a two-goal lead at Brentford to leave only with a 2-2 draw.

City’s recent struggles have meant that Erling Haaland has not enjoyed the same prolific level of goalscoring that he has in previous seasons, though the Norwegian, who has just signed a bumper new 9.5-year contract to commit his future to the club, is still second in the league’s top scorer chart with 16 goals, just two behind Mohamed Salah.

Ipswich Town host Manchester City this Sunday at the Portman Road on Match Day 22 of the Premier League. Currently, Kieran McKenna's team are 18th in the table with 16 points, while Pep Guardiola's team are 6th have 35 points.
