A student at Milwaukee Area Technical College captured a dramatic photo Tuesday morning of a chair on fire at the college's student center.

Milwaukee Fire Chief Aaron Lipski said, "We can't rule anything out" when it comes to the cause of the apartment building fire that killed five people Sunday.Lipski and other city leaders held a news conference Tuesday afternoon about the fatal fire.

Four other people were critically injured, and 30 others were rescued after the fire broke out on Sunday morning, the authorities said.

Davis and her fiancé, Alejandro Gonzalez, were on their third-floor balcony as smoke filled the hallways of their apartment at 27th Street and Highland Boulevard. A woman on the balcony above them sought help for her almost two-year-old child.
