Cosby and his wife are reportedly facing foreclosure on two townhouses, after allegedly failing to keep up with repayments on multimillion-dollar loans.

Meanwhile, the former "Cosby Show" star is also facing foreclosure on his second New York abode, which he bought for $1.2 million in 1980, with a second lender, CitiMortgage, accusing him of defaulting on a $4.2 million loan that is tied to the four-story dwelling.

The disgraced comedian owes $16 million in remaining principal, interest, and late charges. He also owes $3.7 million on a defaulted mortgage for another Manhattan property.

It's the second Manhattan foreclosure in less than a month for the once-much loved Cosby, whose reputation went up in flames after 60 women accused him of sexual assault.
