The National Weather Service released a flood advisory at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday in effect until 3:15 p.m. for Choctaw County.

At 9:51 a.m. on Saturday, the National Weather Service released a flood advisory in effect until 2 p.m. for Crawford County.

A flood advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 2:12 p.m. in effect until 5:15 p.m. for Greene, Hale, Marengo and Sumter counties.

HOUSTON - A Flood Advisory is in effect for parts of northern Houston as strong storms cross the area. According to the local office for the National Weather Service (NWS), a Flood Advisory is in effect for northern Harris County and for Montgomery County. The advisory is in effect until 6:15 p.m. on Sunday.

On Wednesday at 8:12 a.m. the National Weather Service released a flood advisory in effect until Thursday at 8:45 a.m. for Oswego County.

The state, which previously issued information about high temperatures using special weather statement, has issued its first heat advisory.
