One reporter forgot that golden rule of video conferencing during a virtual media availability with Justin Verlander on Monday, Jan. 13. The reporter noticed that the 41-year-old right-hander appeared to be logged into the Zoom account of his wife, model Kate Upton, and loudly pointed that out to everyone on the call.

The right-hander, who signed with the Giants in free agency, and president of baseball operations Buster Posey were speaking with reporters via Zoom when one media member forgot to mute his mic and began commenting on the fact that Verlander appeared to be using the Zoom account of his wife, Kate Upton.
