The Boston Red Sox traded Rafael Devers to the San Francisco Giants on Sunday. That may not be the only shocking move they make before the deadline.

Boston's chief baseball officer opted to not hold a team meeting and instead traveled to Seattle so he could speak to players in person if they needed to share something.

Rafael Devers told reporters Tuesday he'll play any position for the San Francisco Giants after the team acquired him in a blockbuster trade with the Boston Red Sox (h/t Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle).
