Carson Hocevar paces NASCAR Cup Series practice at Phoenix
Okay, since when did NASCAR become Land of the Giants? Carson Hocevar's second-place finish in the NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta put the spotlight on the Portage, Michigan native for his aggressive driving and thrilling near win.
