As the deadline to avert Trump tariffs nears, President Sheinbaum emphasized the importance of the USMCA deal and her efforts to save it.

President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico said her government would impose countermeasures if President Trump’s 25 percent tariffs on Mexican goods remained in effect later in the week.

"After speaking with President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico, I have agreed that Mexico will not be required to pay Tariffs on anything that falls under the USMCA Agreement. This Agreement is until April 2nd.

Some government agencies have a probation period of six months, but the CIA list included new employees from the last two years. It can take two years or longer to complete initial CIA training and language courses.
