Defense tech company Anduril is investing nearly $1 billion and plans to create 4,000 jobs in Ohio. How does that compare to the state's other big wins?

Honda Motor revealed the company's newest electric vehicles that are set to be produced at a multibillion-dollar manufacturing complex in Ohio. The vehicles are the Honda 0 Saloon, which is an updated version of a concept car revealed last year at CES,

The 0 Saloon and 0 SUV will enter production in Ohio starting in 2026.  It's not clear if the 0 Saloon or 0 SUV will remain the production names for these vehicles.  Honda executives were clear that these designs are close to the production versions of these vehicles.

On Wednesday, Honda announced the inaugural model built on its upcoming, in-house EV platform will be called the Acura RSX. We already knew this vehicle would come from Honda's premium brand, and we also knew it would look vaguely like the Acura Performance EV Concept revealed last summer.

Honda has established Ohio as its EV hub, where the company will begin production of EVs in North America. Both Honda 0 Series models presented on Tuesday in Las Vegas are confirmed for production in 2026 at the hub in Ohio, which includes the company's plant in Marysville.

The Acura will be the first EV built at the new Honda EV Hub in Ohio. The EV Hub is being created during retooling of the Marysville Auto Plant, the East Liberty Auto Plant and the Anna Engine Plant, meaning Honda and Acura will be able to build EVs, hybrids and ICE cars in Ohio.

The company is forecasting moderate growth for 2025, supported by a “balanced product lineup that includes multiple hybrid models, electrified SUVs and all-new internal combustion engine (ICE) products.” It is targeting sales of Honda-branded models to reach 1.35 million units, with a further 160,000 units under the Acura brand.

Acura RSX will be an evolution of the Performance EV concept, built on the same dedicated platform that will underpin the Honda 0-series.
