ELLIS COUNTY – An innocent victim died and two people were hospitalized Thursday after Dallas police were involved in a shooting following a chase and two-vehicle crash on I-35E in Ellis County, authorities said. It happened Thursday morning on I-35E southbound at Red Oak Road, in northern Ellis County.
