DALLAS — The Dallas Police Department is mourning an officer who was killed in an off-duty accident. Dallas Police Chief Igo confirmed to WFAA that DPD Officer Gabriel Bixby, 29, was involved in a major accident in Hunt County and passed away from his injuries on Tuesday.
