RALEIGH, N.C. (KTTV) - A woman was doused with gasoline and set on fire by a man in North Carolina. According to a report from WRAL-TV, 20-year-old Ashanti Downey suffered second- and third-degree burns on the right side of her body. Downey was rushed to the emergency room on December 16.
