ER alumna Gloria Reuben has been tapped as a series regular on the upcoming 'Blue Bloods' universe series 'Boston Blue' as matriarch Mae Silver.

Gloria Reuben has joined the growing cast of “Boston Blue,” the “Blue Bloods” spinoff premiering on CBS this fall. She has been cast as Mae Silver, who serves as Boston’s district attorney. The official description for the character reads,
