Singing superstar Beyoncé is postponing a planned mystery announcement scheduled for Tuesday because of the devastating wildfires impacting the Los Angeles area. The announcement had been teased during her Christmas Day halftime performance at the Ravens-Texans game.

Beyoncé is the latest major Hollywood player to donate big money toward the fire relief effort. On Jan. 13, it was announced that Eva Longoria donated $1 million toward helping those impacted by the fires. The announcement came days after Jamie Lee Curtis also pledged $1 million to support L.A. during this historic catastrophe.

Through Beyoncé's foundation, BeyGOOD, the newly created LA Fire Relief Fund will provide resources to families who lost their homes.

Jamie Lee Curtis, Paris Hilton, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and more are also donating time, money, clothes, or supplies.

Other performers with roots in Southern California’s entertainment industry, including Michael Douglas, Paris Hilton, and various Kardashians, have also pledged contributions.
