Hanks and Assemblyman Charles Fall (D-North Shore/Brooklyn/lower Manhattan) announced endorsements of the former governor’s candidacy on Tuesda y, and the executive committee of the Staten Island Democratic Party endorsed Cuomo before he even entered the race.

The governor presented his vision for the city without answering many questions from the press, while protestors rallied down the block.
