A Diddy trial juror was dismissed by the judge, despite objections from defense attorneys that prosecutors wanted to remove a Black man from the jury.

The decision to drop the juror means that a Black, middle-aged man has now been replaced by an older, white man.

A juror could be dismissed from the panel after he allegedly gave conflicting answers about where he lives, in either New York or across the Hudson River in New Jersey. On Friday, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian said he would make his final decision about dismissing Juror No. 6 today.
