Flash floods in Texas have killed nearly 70 people, many of them children. An unknown number of people are missing.

Numerous flood warnings are active in Texas following devastating floods that have killed dozens. Major flash floods in Texas have already claimed the lives of 51 people, including 15 children, with 27 children still missing from Camp Mystic,

Vehicles, campers and homes were swept away along the Guadalupe River in Kerr County, Texas, as storms caused a flash flood emergency in the area. A flash flood emergency was also declared in San Angelo further north of Texas Hill Country.
