MARTA Police are investigating another shooting, this time at their Clayton County station Channel 2 Action News has learned. Police say around 3 p.m., two passengers on board a bus at Garden Walk Boulevard and Highway 85 shot at one another while exiting the bus.

He openly admitted that “we all have more work to do” to protect both MARTA staff and users as “once routine interactions [escalate] into crimes.”

MARTA General Manager, CEO Collie Greenwood released a statement where he spoke about the “unprecedented tragedy.”

According to MARTA Police, both passengers involved in the shooting have been detained and the guns used have been recovered. "The operator and other passengers are unharmed and w
