A defense lawyer says in his closing argument that the government “badly exaggerated” its evidence against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, turning the swinger lifestyle, drugs and threesomes into a racketeering conspiracy.

The prosecution has been making its closing arguments in the sex trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs after more than six weeks of witness testimony. Prosecutors have been making their arguments to the 12 member jury that will decide this case.
