Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed another 10 bills into law, adding to the list of over 200 new laws approved this year.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said on Thursday at a press conference on Florida Atlantic University's campus that there was a need for 'alternative accreditation' in the higher education system.

In conjunction with other southern states, Florida is developing a new university accrediting commission in response to existing agencies the governor says require schools to “bend the knee” to get accredited.
