The Stanley Cup Playoffs have provided some theatrics over the last few weeks, and Friday's action proved to be no different. The night began with the Florida Panthers topping the Toronto Maple Leafs in overtime by a 5-4 decision.

The Winnipeg Jets were able to hold off the Dallas Stars in Game 2, evening up the best-of-seven playoff series. Winnipeg showed why they were the best team in the NHL all season long, shutting out the explosive Dallas offense.

Toronto sent the game to overtime with a third-period equalizer, but the Panthers rebounded and picked up a huge win on home ice. The top seed in the Western Conference, the Winnipeg Jets, also picked up a win at home on Friday to get on the board in their series with the Dallas Stars.
