Saints defensive end Cam Jordan was honored by the city of New Orleans for his consistent work with the youth in the community.

The New Orleans City Council marked the first "Cam Jordan Day" with speeches, highlight reels, and an appearance by the Edna Karr marching band.

Early today, New Orleans Saints defensive end Cam Jordan received a very special honor from the New Orleans City Council as they officially declared May 8th as Cam Jordan Day. Drafted in 2011, Jordan was honored for his outstanding contributions to the community throughout his 14-year career in New Orleans.
