Randle and the Wolves agreed to a three-year, $100 million deal that features a player option in the third year, a source confirmed. ESPN first reported the agreement.

Julius Randle was set to decide whether to opt in or opt out of a $31 million player option on Sunday. On Saturday, the Minnesota Timberwolves and Randle were working hard to get a deal done before the deadline hit.

Randle averaged 18.7 points and 7.1 rebounds per game last season, his first with the Timberwolves, and helped the team make the Western Conference finals.
