A flash flood warning was released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 6:33 p.m. in effect until 9:45 p.m. for Huntingdon County.
Flood watch in effect through 7 PM Sunday. Locally heavy rainfall could trigger flash flooding across portions of south-central Texas. A weak upper-level system combined with above-normal moisture may lead to heavy localized rainfall and rapid runoff.
A flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 1:44 p.m. valid for Monday between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m. for Berks, Lehigh, Northampton and Bucks counties.
On Sunday at 10:25 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a flood watch valid from 11 a.m. until Monday 5 a.m. for Northern Wayne as well as Bradford and Susquehanna counties.
The flood watch, in effect until 7 p.m. Sunday, applies to Bexar, Blanco, Burnet, Gillespie, Hays, Kerr, Llano, Travis and Williamson counties.

An updated flood watch was released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 10:25 a.m. valid from 11 a.m. until Monday 5 a.m. for Oneida, Seneca, Cayuga, Onondaga, Tompkins and Madison counties.
People living in flood-prone areas along parts of the East Coast were told to be ready to act if flooding intensifies.
