Witnesses told police that Brown was the shooter. Brown did not have a weapon on him when he was patted down, but police found two used shell casings and an empty gun holster.

Brown, 36, is wanted on an attempted murder charge stemming from a May 16 dispute at a boxing event hosted by influencer Adin Ross.
